Refund Process
Once your returned item reaches us, our team verifies its condition. The refund amount is based on the return reason, though in most cases we provide a full refund. Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method, or to Vandana Saree store credit if you prefer.
Refund Methods
- Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method through Razorpay, or to your Vandana Saree wallet as store credit.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded as store credit to your Vandana Saree wallet, which applies automatically on your next order.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days after the item is received and verified.
Return Shipping Charges
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping costs.
- Other returns: for a change-of-mind return, the return shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.
Important Guidelines
- Return window: returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.
- What can be returned: you may return your whole order or only selected items - partial returns are accepted.
- Item condition: items must be unused and returned in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Proof of condition: a clear unboxing photo or short video may be requested to help us verify the item.
- Processing timeline: please allow 5 to 7 business days for return processing, item verification, and crediting of your refund.
