Return Policy
We offer a customer-friendly 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You can return your whole order or only selected items - our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a parcel arrives tampered with, or you receive the wrong item, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact us right away at hello@vandanasaree.in with your order number. We will make it right.
How to Request a Return
- Sign in to your account and open My Account, then Orders.
- Open the order you want to return and choose "Request a return".
- Select the whole order or only the items you wish to return, and tell us the reason.
- Once approved, our courier partner arranges a reverse pickup from your address. Where a pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we will share a self-ship address.
Order Cancellations
Plans can change, so here is how cancellation works:
- An order can be cancelled any time before it is shipped.
- To cancel an unshipped order, open My Account, go to the order, and choose Cancel or Request Cancellation.
- Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled - you may request a return after delivery instead.
- A prepaid order cancelled before shipping is refunded in full within 5 to 6 business days.
Important Notes
- All returns must be initiated within the 7-day window from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
